NYSAR's legal and risk reduction publication 'Legal Lines' now available online
In an effort to expand coverage and provide additional key information for members, NYSAR has expanded Legal Lines and made it an online-only publication.
The first quarter 2009 issue features coverage of several New York-specific cases including rulings covering a local association election and an improperly filed lien for commission, case. Additional articles cover an agent's duty to disclose a stigmatized property, Department of State decisions and a recap of NYSAR Legal Hotline issues. Several national cases of interest, covering commission rulings, artibration awards and an antitrust suit against an association, are also covered.
