The Ranking Report has been verified to be working properly, and you may now use it with confidence. One of the items we learned while checking for errors (there turned out to be format problems but no actual counting errors) is that the Ranking Report and its cousin, the Million Dollar Report, will reconcile with each other if, in the Ranking Report, you include Rentals and enter a date range for same. In other words, the Million Dollar Report includes rentals, the Ranking Report does not, unless you specify them. We hope this resolves any problems you were experiencing.
