January 27 Five Environmental Hazards with instructor James Rood
This is a 3 hour continuing education class in which you will leave with many informational handouts as well as valuable information that will benefit both you and your clients.

January 28 Agency Awareness Workshop with instructor Roseann Farrow, ABR, CRB, CRS, e-Pro, GRI, RSPS, SRES
This is a 3 hour continuing education class in which you will learn to differentiate between customer & client level services for buyers and sellers. The components of a buyer agency contract & its use as a risk management tool. The fiduciary duties in conflict under dual agency. How designated agency may help a buyer and seller client.

January 28 Working With Seniors with instructor Roseann Farrow, ABR, CRB, CRS, e-Pro, GRI, RSPS, SRES
This is a 3 hour continuing education class in which you will learn why working effectively with Seniors makes sense! More than 80% own their own home, and NAR data reports that people 55 and over represented 29% of all Sellers and 17% of all Buyers in the Northeast last year. The "over 50" crowd is the largest and the fastest growing age group in America! Seniors control the nation's wealth and have a higher disposable income that any other age group. Join us to compare and contrast marketing and Servicing techniques that best suit the GI Gen, Silent Gen, Boomers and even the Xers & Ys. We'll cover market statistics, demographics, financial habits, housing concerns, utilizing equity, reverse mortgage, ownership options and estate planning.

February 5 Helping Sellers Whose Listing Have Expired with instructor Marylyn Schwartz, CSP President
This is a 3.5 hour continuing education class in which you will review the legal ways to contact sellers whose listings have expired (Do-Not-Call-Laws). Understand what is contributing to the high level of expired listings; market values, inexpensive web presence, inconsistent marketing campaign, absorption rates, foreclosures, etc. Develope effective questions to determine the next best course of action for the seller: bring the home back to the market, develope a marketing campaign. Create marketing materials.

February 12 Buyers & Sellers...Provide The Leadership with instructor Marylyn Schwartz, CSP President
This is a 4 hour continuing education class in which you will understand the most difficult issues presently facing buyers and sellers such as: financing, mortgage process, selecting a Realtor right for their needs, selling in an over-supply market, the process for buying a home, etc. Learn how branding works to the agent's advantage when marketing one's services and skills, and much more.
